Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VLSI Gensys Institute, Bengaluru, we are committed to providing the best learning experience to our students through industry-standard VLSI training programs.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for our Physical Design, Design & Verification, and E-Internship courses.

  1. Course Registration and Payment
  • Students can register for our courses through our official website www.vlsigensys.com or at our institute office in Bengaluru.
  • Once registration and payment are completed, students receive a confirmation email or receipt with course details.
  • All payments must be made using authorized methods only (online transfer, UPI, debit/credit card, or in-person payment at the institute).
  1. Refund Policy

Because our VLSI training programs involve advance planning, trainer allocation, and EDA tool access, we maintain the following refund policy:

  1. Before Course Commencement
  • If a student wishes to cancel enrollment before the course start date, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued after administrative deductions.
  • The student must submit a written refund request to info@vlsigensys.com within 7 days of registration.
  1. After Course Commencement
  • Once the classes begin, no refund will be issued, as the course materials, EDA tool access, and trainer slots are already assigned.
  • In case of emergencies (medical or relocation), management may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Course Cancellation by VLSI Gensys
  • In rare cases where the institute cancels a course due to technical, scheduling, or trainer-related reasons, students will receive a full refund or may opt to reschedule for the next available batch.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  1. Online Course Enrollments

For online or hybrid programs, once digital access to EDA tools or course material is granted, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

  1. Transfer or Batch Change
  • Students can request a batch transfer or course reschedule (subject to availability and management approval).
  • A small administrative fee may apply for such transfers.
  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Course registration fees
  • EDA Tool access charges
  • Course material and assignments
  • Certification fees
